Hi, I’m Patrick Koski, a true North Dakota native-born, raised, and educated in Bismarck, ND. I have a deep appreciation for the high quality of life and the many opportunities offered by the Bismarck-Mandan area, and as a Realtor, I’m passionate about helping others enjoy the same experience.

Professional experience

I graduated from the University of Mary with a degree in Business Management. In my last two years of college, I began my career in real estate and sales with a home improvement franchise. Through hard work and dedication, I succeeded in making my business one of my parent company’s top 100 franchises in the US.

My experience in real estate includes working with the largest homebuilder in North Dakota. I have overseen real estate developments and home construction from start to finish, and have been involved in their sales. I worked on a wide range of property types – from starter homes to million-dollar luxury homes and everything in between.

Over the years, I dedicated myself to building on my initial exposure to real estate. I’m now proud to say that my wealth of experience has allowed me to provide top-level service to numerous satisfied clients, and to achieve an annual sales volume of about $40-50 million a year.

The active lifestyle keeps my love for sports burning. I attended the University of Mary on a track and field scholarship, and I hold an All American status in the 200-meter dash.

In addition to its amazing outdoor attractions, the Bismarck-Mandan area boasts excellent schools, plenty of job and business opportunities, and a close-knit community that keeps our family involved all-year-round.
